Chinese Horoscope Compatibility - Horse (for Male)

HORSE (For Male)

For those born in the following years :

1954, 1966, 1978, 1990 and 2002

Personality

The male Horse is a perpetual pauper, as when you get a little you immediate spend it on pleasant pursuits for yourself and any of your friends that might tag along on your outlandish jaunts. You appear to be incurably positive but are actually a closet pessimist, always worrying about the future but never uttering a word about your grave misgivings.

This hidden faculty, combined with your natural hale and hearty nature (and robust ego) makes you a born leader, as long as you can count upon the unconditional support of those who may follow. You have an independent streak, and are not afraid of giving voice to unpopular opinions that may scandalize the bluestocking crowd. Impeccably groomed in public, your private abode is kept in comfortable disarray.

In Relationships

Horse people in love are eternally young at heart. They sail through life on a whim, spontaneous and open-minded, always watching and waiting for the next big adventure to come along and fall into their laps. Horse persons are charming and affectionate, and full of vim and vigor when it comes to the more physical manifestations of love -- such as dancing.

They inspire all those around them with their imagination and vigor, their intellect and their wit. They make potential mates want to get to know them better, and thus hardly have problems securing Saturday night dates. It may be difficult for their current love interest to bring them to a more permanent affectionate arrangement, but it will lots of fun with the Horse while it lasts!

Likes and Dislikes

Horses are generally very active people who enjoy physical exercise. They bounce around from project to project, never finishing anything. The favorite color of the Horse person is orange, and their corresponding gemstones are turquoise and topaz. They like kites, compasses, cameras and other small mechanical devices. Their favorite pastimes include horseback riding (naturally!), going to the theater, music in all its many forms, and flying model airplanes.

Horses dislike being ignored by others, and will never forget a social snub. They also try to avoid being dependent on any other people in their life -- they like to be free if possible. They shy away from the apparent envy of others, as it is disconcerting for them. Horses can't abide being made to look foolish in the eyes of people whose personal opinions they respect.

Compatibility with gals of different signs

1. Male Horse & Female Rat

The male Horse and the female Rat share a penchant for strong emotion, and they will sweep each other off their feet in no time at all. This mutual ecstasy will begin to pall after awhile, and the female Rat will soon become leery of investing so much in her fickle partner without any indication of a firmer commitment.

This will upset the male Horse, but whether he will do the right thing and concentrate upon reassuring his partner remains to be seen. He will be unable to dissemble, being an essentially honest person and unable to fool the devious Rat in any case. He may decide to seek elsewhere for more convivial company, and if this occurs, the female Rat will not be unduly upset at his departure. It may not be viable for these two.

2. Male Horse & Female Ox

The male Horse will be a bundle of untamed passion and desire, and keep the female Ox's emotional hands full, to coin a phrase. The female Ox needs a more peaceful climate, and will not pt up for long with chasing after her dilettante would-be partner. She'll have a few thrills in the beginning, but these two Signs will disagree vehemently on when is the proper time to go home after the party's over.

These disagreements are bound to become audible sooner or later. Finally, the male Horse will grow bored with the entire situation and leave in search of a more entertaining atmosphere, leaving the female Ox to clean up the mess he's left behind. Recriminations may persist long after these two have called it quits.

3. Male Horse & Female Tiger

The male Horse and the female Tiger are two intensely physical Signs, and will share the same penchant for strenuous activity, as long as it's the fun kind and not the work kind. They will resemble two children at play, and both may be surprised to find that one day they will wake up in love with each other. Whether these two can stay that way depends upon the amount of emotional interplay these two.

If they can develop a more mature appreciation of what a relationship stands for, as opposed to treating it as a convenient carnival for amusement purposes only, then it could prove to have lasting benefits. If not, then each may learn something for when they finally do grow up. A constant sense of fun may wind up being its only reward.

4. Male Horse & Female Rabbit

The male Horse and the female Rabbit are capable of a great deal of shared affection. The Horse is a very physical Sign, and will serve to protect and titillate the Rabbit to no end, thus satisfying her great need for a secure and happy home life, as well as regular dosages of sex. The Rabbit in turn will provide the Horse with a safe haven in which to recharge his batteries after his vibrant assaults on life.

The male Horse's raging passions will serve to boost the female Rabbit's fragile ego. Good examples abound here, if eyes will only be opened and see. These two widely disparate characters are very good for each other, and they should stick together as long as they can stand the taste of each other's beneficial medicine.

5. Male Horse & Female Dragon

Both the male Horse and the female Dragon share a supreme zest for the game of being, and they will only serve to augment and amplify each other in the quest for new diversions. They may be able to lose themselves completely in the magic of the moment. But they are bound to wake up together eventually, and then it's time to sort things out.

The demand of the emotions may exhaust these two before they're ready to give up their considerable independence in favor of a relationship. Any relationship at all at this point may be too much, too soon -- it won't be anything personal. Both of these Signs require admiration verging on worship, and neither will be quick to provide it for the other. The resultant ego conflicts will tear this couple that never was apart at the seams.

6. Male Horse & Female Snake

The male Horse is not the most sophisticated personality to ever come down the pike, and will be swept away at the bat of the female Snake's enticing eyelash. She can play him like a piano, and even if he knows this, he won't care -- he's getting more than he could ever have imagined in her sparkling wit and sinuous body.

Horses may not be rocket scientists, but they are practiced hedonists and know exactly what they like. The Snake in turn is more than happy to give the Horse free rein once in a while -- it'll give her the peace and quiet that she craves. If she ever gets fed up with his antics, a moment to pause and reflect will remind her that she is unlikely to find a more tractable lover anywhere else. These two make a good pair.

7. Male Horse & Female Horse

The shared energy of the male and the female Horse in tandem will be enough to keep either of them from worrying about intangibles such as the future of their relationship -- they'll be too busy having fun. Their passion will overflow into all areas of their lives, from sex in the bedroom to work at the office, and both will be the better for their strong emotional outpouring.

They do need to learn to pay more attention to each other, however, as both are very self-centered and need to learn to recognize the importance of the other. Being Horses, both are fairly cheerful about life and not quick to take offense, so there is some built-in resilience in this combination. These two will create and sustain a fairly workable relationship.

8. Male Horse & Female Goat

The male Horse is very much the rambunctious type, with energy to burn -- he is always sticking his head in where it may or may not be welcome, and apologizing afterwards if necessary. The female Goat is more than happy to go along for the ride, as she will appreciate the new vistas such experiences supply to fuel her imaginative faculties.

The problem lies in the Horse's essential self-centeredness -- he may not know when to give the Goat the extra reassurance hug she needs to cope with the stresses of life. If he won't be more forthcoming with his affections, the Goat may be forced to rely upon others for her security, and that could torpedo the relationship. All it will take is some attention to detail for these two to have a great time together.

9. Male Horse & Female Monkey

The male Horse is a creature of company, requiring hordes of semi-intimate friends in order to feel completely at his ease. The female Monkey can share in this grueling social whirl, but only up to point -- she must have some amount of the Horse's time all to herself in order to feel properly appreciated and loved. If he can't provide that time, she'll be more than happy to find someone else who will.

It's a matter of clear communication between these two -- the Monkey will have to force her needs through the wall of the male Horse's limited attention span. P's and Q's must be minded to avoid offense. These two very different Signs will have the ability to remain together, but they will only get out of this relationship what they manage to put into it.

10. Male Horse & Female Rooster

These two make excellent mate material. The male Horse is brash and outgoing, and a superbly physical creature. The female Rooster is very conscious of her appearance, and places great value upon that of others -- she will be more than happy to appear on the arm of so luscious a prospect.

The Rooster will also find the Horse's non-cerebral approach to life charmingly uncomplicated, as it allows her to lead him around by the nose and thereby assert pride of place in this cozy couple, without him even knowing where he stands in this split-level emotional hierarchy of two. These fundamentally body-conscious people will get along well together, and would be hard pressed to find better company to keep in the long run.

11. Male Horse & Female Dog

The extremely sociable male Horse finds a good and reliable helpmeet in the loyal female Dog, to stand by him through thick and thin. The shy and unassuming Dog is happy to let the Horse steal the spotlight, and she will allow him to blaze new trails without interference from home -- she may even be willing to follow at a distance along freshly explored ground.

The female Dog combines a streak of pessimism with a realistic approach to life's problems -- indeed the two might be said to be one and the same -- and this can come in handy when the Horse gets himself into yet another awkward scrape. As long as she doesn't get tired of pulling his chestnuts out of the fire for him from time to time, the female Dog should be more than content with the haven she has found.

12. Male Horse & Female Pig

The male Horse is very fond of the accurate portrayal of his strong emotions, and these shall meet with enthusiastic reciprocation in the female Pig, who admires and respects candor in her chosen mate. The two are very fond of shared celebrations, and the Pig will never usurp the spotlight from the vain Horse, who needs to be the center of attention.

The inherent selfishness of the Horse can prove to be a bit frustrating for the ever-patient Pig, especially when he manages to forget occasions like birthdays and anniversaries, but overall she will continue to regard him with the same frustrated affection as that a mother might lavish upon a wayward child. Oblivious as the Horse is to condescension, these two should get along well together.
